2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

3. Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Non-Refundable Items:

1. Products not purchased directly from Ambition Nutrition (i.e., third-party sellers).

2. Final sale or clearance items.

 

Processing Refunds:

1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the refund criteria.

2. Approval: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you prefer store credit, it will be applied to your account immediately after approval.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, after evaluating the damage or defect.
